The first consultation lasts approximately an hour.
Follow-up appointments last approximately 45 minutes.

Your prescription will be posted to you after the consultation.

Cancellation Policy
If you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment you need to do so at least 24 hours prior to your session, otherwise the full fee would be charged.
